Approaching Probe to Lens Optical Axis
1. Approach the sample to the probe by contact or semicontact mode. Details are
explained in Performing Measurements, part 3.
2. Retract the probe from the sample to distance of 0.1÷0.2 mm through the following
steps:
a. Double-click in the
Control panel of the
0.1÷0.2 mm.
b. To retract the probe from the sample, click the
