Clutch Disc
Removal/lnspection
1. Remove the clutch disc and special tools.

Inspect lining of the clutch disc tor signs of slipping
or oil. lf it is burned black or oil soaked, replace it.
Measure the clutch disc thickness.
Clutch Oisc Thickness:
S t a n d a r d l N e w ) : 8 . 5 - 9 . 1 m m ( 0 . 3 3 - 0 . 3 6 i n l
Service Limit:
5.5 mm (0.22 in)
lf the thickness is less than the service limit, reolace
the clutch disc.

Measure the depth lrom the lining surface to the
rivets, on both sides.
Rivet Depth:
Standatd (New): 1 .3 - 1 .9 mm {0.O5-O'O7 in} min'
S€rvice Limit:
O.2 mm (O.01 inl
lI the depth is less than the service limit, replace the
clutch disc.
