Energy saving function command

Command "PE_Energy_Saving_Function"
The 3RW44 soft starter distinguishes between two different data transmission modes:

A pending fault is not acknowledged by the switchover to energy saving mode, i.e., the
pending fault is saved internally and can be read. When energy saving mode is exited, the
fault must be eliminated and acknowledged.

Time_min_Pause
Time the soft starter requires in order to change to energy
saving mode. For the 3RW44 soft starter, this time is 200 ms.
An assigned ramp-down time is added to this (if available and
if the starter was in the ON state):
t = 200 ms + ramp-down time

If the soft starter was already off before the pause, energy
saving mode will be switched to after only 200 ms.
Minimum time that the device spends or should spend in
energy saving mode.
For 3RW44: 0 ms
Time that will elapse before the starter changes back to the
operating state. Since the process image is evaluated again
immediately when the 3RW44 exits energy saving mode, this
time is 0 ms.
Time that is compared with t
the "Start_Pause" command to the soft starter); if t
