Cause / Solution
x The connection to the PC was interrupted (in the case of the
controller via the "Soft Starter ES 2007" software, web client, or
OPC UA client).
Remedy:
Connect the PC and reassume the control priority.
x Occurs only during operation with the PROFINET
communication module or PROFIBUS DP communication
module. Incorrect or impermissible parameter values have been
sent by the PLC.
Remedy:
The "Soft Starter ES 2007" software can be used to read out the
incorrect parameter and to change it to a permissible value in
the PLC.
x PIO error (faulty process image of the outputs) appears in the
following cases:
If "Motor right" and "Motor left" have been selected
•
simultaneously (cause 1) or
If Bit 0 and Bit 1 have been set simultaneously via the PLC
•
parameter set
Remedy:
Automatically reset if "Motor right" and "Motor left" are
•
deactivated again (in response to cause 1) or
If a valid parameter set (PS 1 - 3) is set again (in response
•
to cause 2).
