Section 4

Sub-Circuit Board Removal

To remove the VEGA Unit's Sub-Circuit Board,
proceed as follows:
1. Remove the five (5) Sub-Circuit Board Mounting
Screws (Figure 4-12
side of the removed Lower Transport Unit.

2. Unplug the single Sub-Circuit Board Connector
(Figure 4-13 a) from the Lower Transport Unit
(Figure 4-13 b).
3. Lift the Carrier Base (Figure 4-13 c) up and off
the Lower Transport Unit.

NOTE: Be careful that six (6) left and right
side Pulleys do not fall out of the Assembly

NOTE: Ensure that Harness replacement
during re-assembly (Figure 4-13 e) does
not disturb the Transport Belt positions
(Figure 4-13 f) when reassembling the
Carrier Base.
4. Unplug the two (2) Inter-Assembly Harness (Fig-
ure 4-14 a) from the Sub-Circuit Board.

5. Remove the four (4) Sub-Circuit Board Mounting
Screws (Figure 4-15
the three (3) Connectors (Figure 4-15 b) located
on the back side of the Sub-Circuit Board (Figure
4-15 c).
6. Lift the Sub-Circuit Board up and off the Base
Frame (Figure 4-15 d).
