4. Highlight System List and press Enter. The system displays the System Resource—SPD No. Assignment :
System List menu.
5. This menu shows you how many speed dial numbers are currently assigned to each tenant group. You can
decrease or increase (if there is sufficient room) the number of speed dials available to the tenant group.
6. Highlight the tenant group you want to program under either the Increase or Decrease column. and press
Enter. The system then automatically increases/decreases the amount of speed dials allowed, in increments
of 50 (50, 100, 150, 200, etc.). The range of allowable speed dials is 0 to 1000. The default is 200.
7. In the same manner, assign system speed dial amounts for other tenant groups, as needed.
8. When you are done, press Esc to return to the SPD No. Assignment menu. The system prompts: "Exit This
Feature?"; press Y for yes.
9. The system prompts "Save Current Setting?" Press Y to save your changes.
10. The system then prompts "File Exists, Override?" Press Y to continue with the save operation. The system
saves your changes and returns you to the SPD No. Assignment menu.
11. Next, allocate how many speed numbers you want to allow each extension to have. Highlight Individual
List and then press Enter. The system displays the System Resource—SPD No. Assignment : Individual
menu.
