TX 410 operators guide
Systems controlling more than one TX 410 system however will use the
top row of buttons for channel select, therefore the lower row of
buttons should be used to provide machine control. The operational
button layout is as shown below.
Machine control functions available are; <START>, <STOP>, <STBY>,
<REW>, <FWD>, <PAUSE>
Two additional buttons, <1> and <2> are used to select the device to be
controlled. This varies according to the installation as the machine
control panel can be connected to:
· two dedicated devices. In this case, the <1> and <2> buttons
each correspond to a different machine (see section 9.1).
· or up to 12 devices, via a router. In this case, the machine to be
controlled is connected through one of the source busses, and
then the buttons are labelled <PST> and <AUX> (see section 9.2).
This is only available when the system is NOT under automation
control, or if the AUTO control is OFF.

Controlling dedicated machines

If the TX 410 is directly connected to devices, the machine to be
controlled can be selected by pressing one button.

Press either <1> or <2> on the machine control panel to select the
device to be controlled
The button lights up to show which machine has been selected.

Use the six command buttons on the machine control panel, as
required to control the device.
