Any alarms generated by the reciter under test will appear in the Alarms >
Current Alarm Status screen in the Service Kit. These alarms are described
in more detail below.
Power Up Failure
1.
Check that the 28VDC supply is present and that all connections are
secure.
2.
Reset the power. If the alarm is still present, return the complete
reciter to your nearest CSO for repair or replacement.
Channel Invalid
1.
Carry out the instructions provided in the online Help (Alarms >
Monitoring Alarms > Reciter).
2.
Check that the digital input switches on the CTU are set correctly.
3.
Select Configure > Base Station > General and check that a valid
channel is selected.
4.
Reset the power. If the alarm is still present, return the complete
reciter to your nearest CSO for repair or replacement.
Synthesizer Out of Lock: Digital
1.
Carry out the instructions provided in the online Help (Alarms >
Monitoring Alarms > Reciter).
2.
Check that the 12.8MHz coaxial cable is connected securely and
