How to set the print functions*

With older software versions modifications to the settings of the print function take an effect only on

future generation or recall of X-ray images. With these software versions the X-ray image displayed

last cannot be printed any more after calling up the Printer menu.

 Use the navigator to go to the menu item Printer* in the Main menu and activate it. The menu illustrated

appears.

 First select the type of printer connected to your data network in field Printer type (see operating instruc-

tions of the printer).

 Then enter the Printer IP address that you receive from your data network administrator.

 Select the paper size your printer is set to (see operating instructions of the printer) with menu item Pa-

per size.

 In field Print contents you can select whether the screen contents or the image of the object scanned last

is to be printed out:

screen:

the printout comprises the object scanned last, i.e. the current object and the

objects previously scanned which are still visible on the screen as well as the

indication field

last object:

the printout exactly comprises the image of the last object even if it is smalle-

or larger than the screen size; the X-ray image is automatically adapted to the

paper size. This setting is recommended if long objects are usually scanned which ex-

ceed the screen size.
