How to manage the access rights* for users with lower access level
 You first have to activate the access via the menu item Organize and recall images. Then you define in the
following menu items, to which categories users shall have access. The settings mean the following:
no access: Users of the corresponding access level cannot open the category.
view only: Users of the corresponding access level can open the category and view the stored X-ray
images, however, they cannot manage the images.
full access: Users of the corresponding access level can open the category and manage the X-ray im-
ages contained in it.
 If you want to ensure that users of the respective access level have full access to the configuration of the
TIP or OTS system you have to additionally establish the full access for the TIP/OTS libraries in the menu
of the IMS system access rights listed above.
 However, if you want to exclude the access to the configuration of the TIP/OTS system completely the ac-
cess for the TIP/OTS libraries has to be disabled as well.

Particularities regarding the user data management and ISIS card programming

 If you want to switch directly from the user data management menu (and submenus) to the ISIS card pro-
gramming menu and back you have to establish full access for both menus.

How to transmit user data* and access rights*

If you wish to transmit user data and/or access rights of
users with access level Local supervisor* from the X-ray
unit to another X-ray unit, you can copy the data to a ZIP
disk*, CD* or USB memory*, if the unit is equipped cor-
respondingly.

If the user data contains users with access levels Local supervisor 1, 2 or 3*, you must transmit user
data and access rights (see above) simultaneously if you wish to enable the same users with equal
access rights on different units.

The data can only be transferred to oth-
er X-ray units, i.e. it cannot be trans-
ferred to recheck o VIEW:X stations!
