10. Card Reader Display Control
"CArd"
This option allows the owner to program whether the
display is controlled by the machine's electronic
control or by the card reader.
NOTE: This feature does not need to be
programmed manually. The card reader itself
makes this determination.
How to Program the Card Reader Display
Control
1. Control must be in Manual Mode. Refer to
Entering the Manual Mode.
2. Press the DELICATES ( ) or the COLD ( )
keypad until "Prog" appears in the display. Press
the START (enter) keypad and "AtS1" will
appear in the display.
3. Press the DELICATES ( ) or the COLD ( )
keypad to scroll through the programmable
options until "CArd" appears in the display.
4. When "CArd" appears in the display, press the
START (enter) keypad. The current Card Reader
Display Control status will appear in the display.
"on" = Card Reader controls display
"oFF" = Machine Electronic Control controls
display (factory default setting)

5. Press the DELICATES ( ) or the COLD ( )
keypad to change the current status.
6. Press the START (enter) keypad when the
desired status appears in the display. The next
option, "Err-", will appear in the display.
NOTE: To program "Err-" (Error Code
Programming), refer to option 11. To program
other options, refer to the appropriate section.
How to Exit Programming Feature
Press the WARM (<) keypad until the control returns
to Ready Mode.
