Testing Machine and Electronic Control Functions
Pressure Switch Input Tests
This test will display whether the pressure switch is
open or closed. There are two separate pressure switch
input tests. The AC pressure switch input test
corresponds to the normal fill level. The DC pressure
switch input test corresponds to the small load fill
level.
To start test, control must be in the Testing Mode.
Refer to "How to Enter Testing Feature" at the
beginning of this section.
To enter, press the START (enter) keypad. The display
will show "PAoP" if the AC pressure switch is open
or "PdoP" if the DC pressure switch is open and
"PACL" if the AC pressure switch is closed or
"PdCL" if the DC pressure switch is closed.
To exit the test, press the WARM (<) keypad. The
control will then return to the testing mode.
Show Fill Time Test
This test will display the average fill time in seconds.
This average will be calculated by taking the average
of the last 10 fill times from the start of the fill until
the low level pressure switch opens.
To start test, control must be in the Testing Mode.
Refer to "How to Enter Testing Feature" at the
beginning of this section.
To enter, press the START (enter) keypad. The display
will show "FXXX". The "XXX" will be the average
fill time in seconds for that machine.
To exit the Show Fill Time Test, press the WARM (<)
keypad. The control will return to the testing mode.
Show Drain Time Test
This test will display the average drain time in
seconds. The average drain time is calculated by
taking the average of the last 10 drain times.
To start the test, press the START (enter) keypad. The
display will show "dXXX". The "XXX" will be the
average drain time in seconds for that machine.
To exit the Show Drain Time Test, press the
WARM (<) keypad. The control will return to the
testing mode.

Start Pulse Test
This option tests the Start Pulse. To start test, control
must be in the Testing Mode. Refer to "How to Enter
Testing Feature" at the beginning of this section.
To enter, press the START (enter) keypad. The display
will show "StXX". The "XX" will show the number of
pulses entered. This test will add counts to the total
number of Start Pulses counter.
To exit the Start Pulse Test, press the WARM (<)
keypad. The control will return to the testing mode.
Configuration Display Test
This option shows the machine configuration values.
To start test, control must be in the Testing Mode.
Refer to "How to Enter Testing Feature" at the
beginning of this section.
To enter, press the START (enter) keypad. The display
will show "AXXX". "XXX" is a number corresponding
to whether or not coin drops are connected, or serial
card reader or network board are connected.
Refer to Table 12 for test information.
To exit Configuration Display Test, press the
WARM (<) keypad. The control will return to the
testing mode.
Coin Drop Header Present Test
This option tests the coin drop header connection. To
start test, control must be in Testing Mode. Refer to
"How to Enter Testing Feature" at the beginning of
this section.
To enter, press the START (enter) keypad. The display
will show "CHoP" when the wiring connection is
open and "CHCL" when the connection is closed.
To exit the Coin Drop Header Present Test, press the
WARM (<) keypad. The control will return to the
testing mode.
