Selecting multiple objects

For instructions on selecting multiple objects of the same type (such as ports or
switches of the same type), see

Object to be selected
To select a block of contiguous ports
To select multiple ports or switches in a stack
To select all ports in a standalone switch or in a stack
To select all the units (all switches in a stack)
To select an entire stack
Viewing information about a GBIC port
To view information about a GBIC port:

The Port dialog box opens with the Interface tab displayed
The Interface tab describes the GBIC installed in the switch. (The Edit > Unit
dialog box describes the MDA installed in the switch.)
Select the GBIC.
Choose Edit > Port.
