TROUBLESHOOTING
Error
Code
Error Contents and Cause
(SD0)
Position specified as the head I/O
number of the remote password file is
incorrect due to one of the following
reasons:
• Module is not loaded.
• Other than a the intelligent function
module (I/O module)
• Intelligent function module other than
the Q series serial communication
module, modem interface module or
Ethernet module
• Q series serial communication
module or Ethernet module of
function version A
The intelligent function module where
remote password is available is not

mounted.
Any of the following modules is not
mounted on the slot specified for the
head I/O number of the remote
password.
• Serial communication module of
function version B or later
• Ethernet module of function version B
or later
• Modem interface module of function
version B or later
The Q series serial communication
module, modem interface module or
Ethernet module of function version B
or later controlled by another CPU was
specified in a multiple CPU system.

The module whose first 5 digits of serial No. is 04012 or later.

The module whose first 5 digits of serial No. is 07032 or later.

The MELSECNET/H module whose first 5 digits of serial No. is 08102 or later.

The module whose first 5 digits of serial No. is 09012 or later.

The Universal model QCPU except the Q02UCPU.

The module whose first 5 digits of serial No. is 10042 or later.
Corrective Action
Mount the Q series serial
communication module, modem
interface module or Ethernet module of
function version B or later in the position
specified in the head I/O No. of the
remote password file.
Mount any of the following modules in
the position specified for the head I/O
number of the remote password.
• Serial communication module of
function version B or later
• Ethernet module of function version B
or later
• Modem interface module of function
version B or later
• Change it for the Ethernet module of
function version B or later connected
by the host CPU.
• Delete the remote password setting.
