Individual settings

3.25 Winder

3.25.1 Setting the filling quantity

Proper setting
After winding, ( Operating Instructions) the winding process stops auto-
matically if the bobbin is filled to approx. 0.5 mm under the edge of the
winder.

(1) - Adjusting screw
(2) - Clamping screw
Rough setting
To roughly set the winder filling quantity:
1. Loosen the clamping screw (2).
2. Actuate lever (4) alignment:
3. Tighten the clamping screw (2).
Fine adjustment
To accurately set the winder filling quantity:
1. Loosen the adjusting screw (1).
2. Move the thread guide plate (3):
3. Tighten the adjusting screw (1).

NOTICE
Property damages due to winding without performing sewing!
When running without sewing material, sewing feet and the bobbin
capsule can be damaged in the hook.
Activate winder mode ( Operating Instructions, Manual Mode)
and take the bobbin capsule out of the hook when you run the test
winding process.

• Move towards the bobbin = smaller filling quantity
• Move away from the bobbin = larger filling quantity
• Move towards the bobbin = smaller filling quantity
• Move away from the bobbin = larger filling quantity
