Correct the upper transport differential as follows:
1. Establish access to the Technician level ( p. 55).
2. Select the menu item
3. Select the submenu
4. Select the submenu
 An input field with a numerical value is displayed on the right.
5. Use
6. Perform the test with the boards again.
7. Repeat steps 1 – 6 again if necessary.
Foot Calib
The controller must know the upper and lower position of the sewing feet.
The upper position is communicated when switching on the machine.
The lower position is defined by calibration in the submenu Foot Calib.

Sequence
Always calibrate the sewing feet after making adjustments to the sewing
foot lifting gear ( p. 42).
Calibrate the sewing feet as follows:
1. Select the submenu
2. Press the OK key.
 The machine will calibrate automatically:
Thread Calib
In the submenu Thread Calib, you can calibrate the thread tension.

to change the value in this field:
• Increase value = increase top feed
• Decrease value = reduce top feed
Foot Calib
Both sewing feet will lift once and then lower again.
The calibration is then complete.
