To set the throat plate:
1. Remove the lower conveyor belts ( p. 39), in order to be able to turn

3.11 Adjusting the thread cutter

To ensure that the thread cutter functions correctly, set the control cam as
well as the thread-pulling knife and the counter blade.

3.11.1 Setting the control cam

The control cam determines the path and timing of the cutter movement
and adjusts the cutter movement to the needle movement.
To ensure a correct setting, the position of the control cam and the
distance between the control cam and the roller must be set.
