Check wiring between the test box and the plug for in-
terruption according to the Current Flow Diagram.

Line resistance: max. 1.5 Ω

Check wiring for short-circuit, as well as for short-cir-
cuit to positive and earth.
Specified value: ∞ Ω.
If the lines are not found to be faulty:

Replace 4LV control unit ⇒ 1.4/55; 1.4/74 Engine -
Fuel Injection; Rep. Gr. 24.
