Destination MAC
Range: standard MAC address format
Default: 00 00 00 00 00 00
This setting specifies the destination Ethernet MAC address for the GSSE transmission.
This address must be a multicast address and the least significant bit of the first byte
must be set.
If this setting is specified as "00 00 00 00 00 00" (the default value), then a multicast MAC
address is formed based on the MAC address of Ethernet ports 2 and 3. The MAC address
of Ethernet port 2 is the MAC address of Ethernet port 1 incremeted by 1. Likewise, the
MAC address of Ethernet port 3 is the MAC address of Ethernet port 1 incremeted by 2.
Select the Settings > Communications > IEC 61850 > GSSE/GOOSE Configuration >
Transmission > Fixed GOOSE menu item to open the fixed GOOSE transmission
configuration window.

The following settings are available for fixed GOOSE transmission configuration.
Function
Range: Enabled, Disabled
Default: Disabled
This setting enables and disabled the fixed GOOSE transmission functionality.
ID
Range: up to 65 ASCII characters
Default: GOOSEOut
This setting represents the IEC 61850 GOOSE application ID (GoID) name string sent as
part of each GOOSE message. This name string identifies the GOOSE message to the
receiving device.
Destination MAC
Range: standard MAC address format
Default: 00 00 00 00 00 00
This setting specifies the destination Ethernet MAC address for the fixed GOOSE
transmission. This address must be a multicast address and the least significant bit of
the first byte must be set.
If this setting is specified as "00 00 00 00 00 00" (the default value), then a multicast MAC
