NoAuthNoPriv: No authentication, no encryption.
AuthNoPriv: Authentication, no encryption.
AuthPriv: Authentication, encrpytion.
SNMPv3 user's authentication password. Only valid when V3 User
Authentication Level set to AuthNoPriv or AuthPriv (see above).
SNMPv3 user's encryption password. Only valid when V3 User
Authentication Level set to AuthPriv (see above).
