6.0 Configuration
DNS: Domain Name Service
is an Internet service that

remembered domain names
into their not-so-easily-
remembered IP addresses.
Being that the Internet is
based on IP
without DNS, if one entered

WINS: Windows Internet
Naming Service keeps track
of which IP address
assigned to which computer
on a Windows network:

resolution. It automatically
updates, which is particularly
important on a network where
DHCP is in use.

This is the ending (‗upper boundary') IP address of the range of IP
addresses to be issued by the DHCP Server to the applicable
devices on the network.
