NOTE: You must route these cables properly on the chassis to prevent them from being pinched or crimped.

Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions section.
2.
Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system section.
3.
Remove all the hard drives.
4.
Remove the hard drive cage.
5.
Disconnect all the cables connected to the backplane and sensor board.
