TeleCheck Telephone Floor Limit:
♦ #1KFLP, TeleCheck Floor Limit Phone: [000] = $0.00
♦ Numeric, max length 8 (default – '0000' - example: 5000 = 50.00)
♦ Usage: Used with TeleCheck ECA/CPO and ECA split dial check services; sets the
maximum amount that triggers the prompt for the check writer's phone number. If the
check amount is at or above the set value the terminal will prompt for the phone
number of the check writer.
TeleCheck MICR/Second ID Floor Limit:
♦ #1KFLR, TeleCheck Floor Limit Second ID:[899999] = $8999.99
♦ Numeric, max length 8 (default = '0000' )
♦ Usage: Used with TeleCheck ECA/CPO and ECA split dial check services; sets the
maximum amount that triggers the prompt for the check writer driver's license or ID.
If the check amount is at or above the set value the terminal will prompt for the
drivers license/ID. If the check is keyed, the terminal will always prompt for the
drivers license/ID.
Default Terminal ID:
♦ #1MDID Default Terminal ID
♦ Alphanumeric – maximum length 8 characters
♦ Usage: Used with credit, debit and TeleCheck ECA/CPO transactions. The terminal
ID often used to distinguish one terminal from another if the merchant uses more
than one terminal with the same merchant ID. Terminal ID is assigned by First Data,
identifies the terminal to the host and is printed on receipts and reports.
E-commerce Indicator:
♦ #1MECI, Ecomm [07]=Secure, 08=non-secure
♦ Numeric, max length 2
♦ Default = 07 secure
♦ Usage: Included within e-commerce type transaction data packets which are sent to
the host, indicates whether transaction data was obtained from an electronic source
that is either encrypted and secure or not secure from third party data access.
