response. Call the authorization center for voice
approval and process an Offline Sale to complete the
transaction.

attached and the second receipt timer is not 00 and until
[ENTER] is pressed or the second receipt timer expires
(if 99, wait 99 seconds).

the auth response code indicates declined.
