Operator Action and Comments
As the batch closes, two sets of numbers are
displayed. When both numbers match, the entire split
dial ECA or CPO/ECA check batch has been sent to
the host computer.
Please wait for the ECA batch report to print.
After the batch has closed, this screen will display.
Press the [1] key to confirm the batch settlement
information, including the settlement number or press
[2] to choose a report to print.
When [1] is pressed, this screen displays. The
SETTLEMENT COMPLETE prompt will display along
with the host settlement number. The terminal will then
return to the BATCH CLOSED prompt.
When [2] is pressed, the next two display screens
alternate. Press the [2] key to reprint the ECA close
batch report. The terminal will then return to the
BATCH CLOSED prompt.
When [3] is pressed, the batch report will print. The
terminal will then return to the BATCH CLOSED
prompt.
Terminal will return to this prompt after settlement is
confirmed or after report prints. Press [CLEAR] to exit
function.
