Operator Action
After the TOTAL amount is verified to be correct, the
customer will be prompted to enter their PIN number.
Have the customer enter their PIN number then press
the [ENTER] key located on the PIN pad.
Enter the invoice number and press [ENTER] or press
RETURN
[ENTER] to bypass.
Please enter the employee ID, then press [ENTER].
RETURN
This prompt will appear if the #OPID parameter was
enabled.
Wait while terminal connects to the host. It will display
the communication status (DIALING...,
CONNECTED...).
If the transaction is declined, an error code may
RETURN
appear on the terminal display. If it appears on the
terminal display, it will print on the denied receipt
response line.
Displays if the transaction is approved. Please wait for
RETURN
the receipt to print if the thermal printer is enabled.
Press [ENTER] to continue. Displays if thermal printer
RETURN
is enabled and the second receipt timer is not 00 and
until [ENTER] is pressed or the second receipt timer
expires (if 99, wait 99 seconds...).
Displays again, then times out to idle prompt.
