Operator Action and Comments
Press the middle [ ] key to process a cash benefit
transaction.
Select the left [ ] key for Cash Benefit Balance Sale.
Swipe the EBT card.

Key in the base amount of the transaction and press
SALE
[ENTER].
Key in the transaction amount again and press [ENTER].
SALE
The amount must match the transaction amount entered or
the terminal will return to the previous prompt so the
amount can be entered again.
Press [ENTER] (YES) to add tip or [BACK SPACE] (NO) to
SALE
continue without a tip amount added. Displays if tip
processing is enabled and the automatic gratuity is not
00%.
Key in the cash back amount of the transaction on the PIN
SALE
pad and press [ENTER] on the PIN pad.
PIN Pad – Type in the cash back amount and press
[ENTER] or simply press [ENTER] to bypass the prompt.
