Operator Action and Comments
Displays if re-keyed or re-read MICR does not match
original data. Displays for two seconds and returns to
SLIDE CHECK prompt.
Displays if 'Duplicate Check Checking Indicator'
option is enabled, check read through the check
reader and raw MICR data matches raw MICR data
from another non-voided transaction in the batch.
Displays for two seconds and returns to SLIDE
CHECK prompt.
Manual Entry:
Displays if manual entry. When prompted, key in
check number, then press [ENTER].
Displays if manual MICR entry, if 'Auto Determine
Check Type' is disabled, if there is a dash symbol
between the two transit symbols in the MICR data or if
there is a single 'on us' character before the 1
symbol in the MICR data. If the check is personal,
press the left [ ] key, if business, press the right [ ]
key.
Key in the amount of the fuel transaction and press
[ENTER] or press [ENTER] to bypass fuel amount
entry.
Special note:
Entry requirements:
Min = $0.00 amount or bypass
Max = $99999.99 amount
The receipt will not print the fuel information if the fuel
amount was bypassed.
Displays if amount confirmation option is enabled.
Enter the amount for confirmation and press [ENTER].
