Entry requirements:
Min = $0.00 amount or bypass
Max = $9999.99 amount
The receipt will not print the miscellaneous information if the
amount was bypassed.
Wait for the customer to enter the cash back amount on the
PIN pad or presses [ENTER] to bypass the cash-back option.
