Operator Action and Comments
If an element of the batch did not close, the next two
screens may alternately display. Press the [1] key to
confirm the status of the split dial ECA or CPO/ECA,
then press [ENTER] to review the status of the card
batch close. Press the [2] key to choose a report to
print.
Press the [3] key to return to the management function
or press the [4] key to review the batch status. Please
call your card processor for further assistance.
If the [1] key was press from the BATCH NOT
CLOSED prompt, please wait...
If this screen displays, it means the ECA portion of the
batch settled. It shows the SETTLEMENT COMPLETE
prompt, along with the host settlement number for the
split dial ECA or CPO/ECA batch. Press [ENTER]
review the status of the card batch.

When [1] is pressed, this screen displays. The
SETTLEMENT COMPLETE prompt will display along
with the host settlement number for card batch. Press
[CLEAR] to return to the previous prompt.
If this prompt or a prompt similar to it appears after the
ECA STATUS or the CREDIT STATUS prompt, the
split dial ECA, CPO/ECA or credit batch close was not
successful. Please call your card processor for further
assistance.
When [2] is pressed at either the BATCH NOT
CLOSED or the BATCH CLOSED prompt, three
screens will display in an alternate manner. Press the
[1] key to reprint the card summary report. Press
[CLEAR] to return to previous prompt.
When [2] is pressed at either the BATCH CLOSED or
the BATCH NOT CLOSED prompt, three screens will
display in an alternate manner. Press the [2] key to
reprint the ECA close batch report. Press [CLEAR] to
return to previous prompt.
