Operator Action and Comments
Displays for 2 seconds (beep) and returns to idle prompt.

This is displayed if the expiration date is expired and if
#CXEXP parameter is enabled.
Press [ENTER] (YES) if the card is present or [BACK
SALE
SPACE] (NO) if the card is not present. This will only be
displayed if the account number is manually keyed and
the bypass card present option is disabled.
Imprint card and press [ENTER]. This will only be
SALE
displayed if the account number is manually keyed and
card present is indicated ([ENTER] (YES) pressed at
previous prompt or CARD PRESENT DEFAULT
enabled).
Press [ENTER] (YES) if the transaction is a recurring
SALE
transaction, if not, press [BACK SPACE] (NO).
Either press [1], if the Card Code (CVV2) information is
present, press [0] to bypass CVV2, press [2] if CVV2 is
illegible or press [9] if CVV2 is not on card.
If you chose [1], key in the Card Code number on the

back of the credit card and press [ENTER].
Press [ENTER] (YES) if the order was received by

phone or press [BACK SPACE] (NO) if it was not.
Press [ENTER] (YES) if this is an e-commerce

transaction or press [BACK SPACE] (NO) if this is not an
e-commerce transaction. Prompt appears if #ECBYP
parameter is set to N.
If this prompt appears, key in base transaction amount,

which is the transaction amount without tip and press
[ENTER]. Only include the tax amount if the tax amount
is not entered separately.
