Operator Action and Comments
Press [ENTER] (YES) if the order was received by
SALE
phone or press [BACK SPACE] (NO) if it is not a
phone order.
Press [ENTER] (YES) if the order was received by
SALE
electronic means, such as the Internet, or press
[BACK SPACE] (NO) if not.
Key in the amount of the fuel transaction and press
SALE
[ENTER] or press [ENTER] to bypass fuel amount
entry.
The receipt will not print the fuel information if the
fuel amount was bypassed.
Key in the transaction amount again and press
SALE
[ENTER]. The amount must match the amount
entered for the fuel transaction or the terminal will
return to the previous prompt so the amount can be
entered again.
Terminal will alternately display FUEL GRADE if the
fuel grades have not been entered.
Fuel entry not allowed until fuel grades have been
entered. Proceed to FUEL SETUP for instructions.
Terminal will alternately display all the fuel grade
descriptions. Select the grade of fuel by pressing the
corresponding numeric [1] to [5] key.
Special note:
After a non-valid entry the terminal will beep and
return to the FUEL GRADE screen. If the fuel
amount is not greater than zero or is bypassed, the
terminal will not display this screen. A valid fuel
grade entry is required.
