Operator Action
Displays for two seconds (beep) and returns to idle

prompt. This is displayed if the expiration date is expired
or if the #CXEXP parameter is enabled.
Press [ENTER] (YES) if the card is present or [BACK
SALE
SPACE] (NO) if the card is not present. This will only be
displayed if the account number is manually keyed and
the bypass card present option is disabled.
Imprint card and press [ENTER]. This will only be
SALE
displayed if the account number is manually keyed.
Press [ENTER] (YES) if this is an e-commerce
SALE
transaction or press [BACK SPACE] (NO) if this is not an
e-commerce transaction. Prompt appears if #ECBYP
parameter is set to N. In most restaurant transactions,
this prompt will not apply.
Enter the base amount (including tax, if not prompted for
SALE
tax separately, but not including tip). Displays if more
than a single amount field applies (TIP PROCESSING
enabled).
Enter the sale amount again. Displays if confirm
SALE
parameter is enabled and the amount entered is equal to
or greater then the confirm amount setting.
Press [ENTER] (YES) to add tip or [BACK SPACE] (NO)
SALE
to continue without a tip amount added. Displays if tip
processing is enabled and the automatic gratuity is not
00%.
