Signifies that LACP is operationally

up.
Signifies that VLAG is down but
local instance is up.
Signifies that VLAG instance is
down identified in the trap

Signifies that connection between
VLAG switches is up.
Signifies that connection between

Signifies that the default gateway is
alive. ipCurCfgGwIndex is the
index of the Gateway in
