4.9 DEBIT TIPPING TRANSACTION

This function allows a merchant to accept a tip through a debit card on a
purchase transaction.

Description
Press ENTER until PAYMARK EFTPOS menu is displayed.
To select purchase transaction under PAYMARK EFTPOS menu, press CHQ

key on the terminal.
NOTE: A purchase transaction can also be performed by simply swiping any
given card at the idle screen and proceeding with step 3.0
Key in the purchase amount and press ENTER.

AWAITING TIP will be displayed on the terminal.
DO YOU WISH TO ADD A TIP Y/N will be displayed on the pinpad.
Cardholder shall advise by pressing the ENTER key for YES, to a tip and proceed
with step 5.0 or CLEAR key for NO, not to add a tip and proceed with step 7.0.
Cardholder will advise staff member of a tip amount they wish to tip.
Staff member will enter the tip amount and press ENTER.

Press ENTER to bypass the "CASH OUT" or enter the cash withdrawal amount
followed by the ENTER key.
NOTE: Cash amounts must be multiples of the minimum currency increment (10
cents).

Terminal displays awaiting account selection from the cardholder.
