Hospitality Utilities

There are two functions under Hospitality Utility menu as follows:
4.11.3.1

Hospitality Top-Up Authorisation

This transaction is an authorisation transaction which requests approval for Top-
up charges not covered in the original Hospitality authorisation transaction. The
value of the Top-up is added to the Hospitality Completion menu prompts.

Description
Press ENTER to scroll through the menu options until HOSPITALITY menu is
shown on the display.
Press CR key to select UTIL.

Select the desired function by pressing the corresponding number on the
terminal.
Example: 1 for Top-Up Authorisation
Swipe or Insert card to proceed with Top-up transaction and proceed with step
4.0 or press FUNC key to perform a Card Not Present transaction and proceed
with step 14.0
Enter the purchase amount.

$XX.XX $XX.XX The terminal will prompt for account selection. Ask the cardholder to select the
account on the terminal.

The terminal will prompt for the PIN entry. Ask the cardholder to key in their PIN
and proceed through step 8.0 or press ENTER to proceed with step 11.0 for
Signature.
PROCESSING NOW will be displayed on the terminal while processing the
transaction.
Transaction has been ACCEPTED for PIN entry and transaction receipt is
printed.
Transaction has been DECLINED for PIN entry and prints the transaction
receipts.
SIGN RECEIPT will be displayed on the terminal screen. Tear the receipt off
and ask the cardholder to sign receipt.
