Export Diagnostic Data

When you press the Export Diagnostics USB button, you can export diagnostic data to a USB flash memory
drive. The Analyzer exports the data in a file that includes a log of diagnostics information.

www.geinstruments.com. Or, contact GE Analytical Instruments Technical Support in the U.S. at 888.245-2595 or
303.444.2009. Technical support in the United Kingdom is available at 44 (0) 161 866 9337. In other parts of the
world, contact your local GE Analytical instruments representative. When you call technical support, please have
basic Analyzer information from the System Info screen (Maintenance tab
System Info) available.

Returning the Analyzer to GE Analytical Instruments

In some instances, after consulting with GE Analytical Instruments Technical Support, it may be necessary to
return the Analyzer to the factory for repairs. Only return the Analyzer if Technical Support has issued you a
Return Authorization (RA) number.
Several precautions must be followed to ensure that the Analyzer is not damaged during shipment. If the
original shipping container has not been retained, contact GE Analytical Instruments at 888.245.2595 or
303.444.2009 to order shipping supplies. Technical support in the United Kingdom is available at
44 (0) 161 864 6800. Under no circumstances should you try to pack the Analyzer in anything other than
the original shipping container.
