Description
Specify the scanner cleaning cycle.
Select whether or not to display the cleaning
instruction message from the scanner driver.
Specify the replacement cycle for the
consumables.
When multifeeds and paper jams occur
frequently, you may be able to improve the
performance by slowing down the speed in
which documents are picked or fed.
Specify whether or not to optimize (round up/
down) the fractional part of the scanned image
data.
Select whether to disable or enable manual
feeding.
Paper-out detection time: Specify the waiting
time to cancel manual feeding.
Specify the method by which the scanner is
powered on/off.
Select whether to disable or enable paper
protection.
When enabled, this function reduces the risk of
having the documents damaged by stopping
the scan when the scanner detects a document
that is unusually warped when a feeding error
occurs.
In manual feed mode, the paper protection
setting is disabled.
This setting can also be configured in the
scanner driver. Note that the highest priority is
given to the scanner driver setting.
