3. 3. 2 Other Failure FIP
3. 3. 2. 1 AC POWER FIP (IOT)
Procedure
Is the CIRCUIT BREAKER turned On?
Y
N
Turn the CIRCUIT BREAKER ON.
When the BREAKER is turned Off, check for a short
circuit at the AC circuit.
Is 120 VAC measured between the NOISE FILTER PWB FS75
(+) and FS74 (-)?
Y
N
Is 120 VAC measured between the CIRCUIT BREAKER
J72-1 (+) and J72-1 (-)?
Y
N
Disconnect the POWER CORD from the outlet. Is
the voltage of the power plug 120 VAC?
Y
N
Check the customer's BREAKER.
Check the POWER CORD for an open circuit and the
INLET for a poor contact. If no problems are found,
replace the CIRCUIT BREAKER. (PL9.2)
Check the wire between the CIRCUIT BREAKER J72 and
the NOISE FILTER PWB for an open circuit and poor
contact.
Is 120 VAC measured between the NOISE FILTER PWB FS77
(+) and FS76 (-)?
Y
N
If the CIRCUIT PROTECTER on the NOISE FILTER
PWB is tripped, press the button. If it is not tripped,
replace the NOISE FILTER PWB. (PL9.2)
Is 120 VAC measured between the MAIN POWER SW FS57
(+) and NOISE FILTER PWB FS76 (-)?
Y
N
Check the wire between the MAIN POWER SW and the
NOISE FILTER PWB for an open circuit and poor contact.

(+) and NOISE FILTER PWB FS76 (-)?
Y
N
Replace the MAIN POWER SW. (PL9.2)
120 VAC measured between the AC DRIVE PWB FS40 (+) and
the FS39 (-)?
Y
N
Check the wire between the AC DRIVE PWB and the
MAIN POWER SW for an open circuit and poor contact.
120 VAC measured between the AC DRIVE PWB J43-9 (+)
and the J43-1 (-)?
Y
N
Replace the AC DRIVE PWB. (PL9.2)
Check the AC circuit to each part by referring to Chapter 4
Wiring Data.
3. 3. 2. 2 +3.3 VDC POWER (+3.3V LVPS)
Procedure
Is +3.3 VDC measured between the +3.3V LVPS J510-2 (+)
and GND (-)?
Y
N
Is 120 VAC measured between the +3.3V LVPS J15A-1
(+) and J15A-2 (-)?
Y
N
Go to the AC POWER FIP (IOT).
Turn Off the power switch and remove the J510.
Turn On the power after 10sec or more passes.
Is +3.3 VDC measured between the +3.3V LVPS P510-2
(+) and GND (-)?
Y
N
Replace the +3.3V LVPS. (PL9.1)
Check the +3.3 VDC circuit for a short circuit to a frame
by referring to Chapter 4 Wiring Data.
Check the wire to the applicable component for an open circuit
or poor contact by referring to Chapter 4 Wiring Data.
3. 3. 2. 3 +5 VDC POWER (+5V LVPS)
Procedure
Is +5 VDC measured between the +5V LVPS J511-2 (+) and
GND (-)?
