[Detection Conditions]

[Actions]
Turn the power On/Off and perform the following if
the problem persists.
If the trouble persists, replace the ESS PWB (PL13.1)
or MCU PWB (PL13.1) in sequence. (Two PWB
cannot be replaced at the same time.)
If the trouble persists, ask TSP or Support G for help.
103-204 Serial No Failure

Write error has occurred in the SEEPROM on the ESS
board.
[Actions] Replace the ESS PWB (PL13.1).
103-321 Backup SRAM Failure
[Detection Conditions] Write error has occurred in the
NVM on the ESS board.
[Actions] Replace the ESS PWB (PL13.1).
103-330 ESS ROM DIMM #3 Check Failure
[Detection Conditions]
A failure was detected during check of the ESS ROM
DIMM #3.
[Actions]
Pull out and insert the ESS ROM DIMM #3.
If the trouble persists, replace the ESS ROM DIMM #3.
103-331 ESS ROM DIMM #1 Not Found
[Detection Conditions]
The system detected that the ESS ROM DIMM #1
was not installed.
[Actions]
Install the ESS ROM DIMM #1.
If the trouble persists, replace the ESS PWB (PL13.1).
103-332 ESS standard ROM Error
[Detection Conditions] An error was detected in the ESS
built-in standard ROM.
[Actions]
Pull the ESS built-in standard ROM in and out.

Panther.

Turn the power On/Off and perform the following if

[Detection Conditions] An error was detected in the
standard built-in FONT ROM.
[Actions]
Turn the power On/Off and perform the following if
the problem persists.
Replace the FONT ROM.
103-335 FONT ROM NOT FOUND
[Detection Conditions] The installation status of the
FONT ROM was not detected.
[Actions]
Turn the power On/Off and perform the following if
the problem persists.
Install the FONT ROM.
103-336 ESS RAM DIMM #3 W/R Check failure
[Detection Conditions]
A failure was detected during Read/Write Check of
the ESS RAM DIMM #3.
[Actions]
Pull out and insert the ESS RAM DIMM #3.
If the trouble persists, replace the ESS ROM DIMM #3.
