Possible Cause
No files are attached.
A character code not sup-
ported is specified in the
mail portion.
Action
The reason why the file is
not attached to the mail
sent by the sender is
probably because the
sender uses PC mail soft-
ware to send the mail and
fails to attached the file to
the mail.
→ Ask the sender to
attach the file.
