CONTAINERIZED KITCHEN (CK)
DESCRIPTION OF OPERATOR CONTROLS AND INDICATORS
SET UP
For manual fueling - see operating
instructions.
1. Install MBU in appliance.
2. Connect 24 Volt DC power cable
to rear of MBU.
3. Connect fuel hose to front of MBU
and fuel supply.
4. Press PO WER button.
5. Press FUEL button.
6. When fuel indicator light is steady
green - Disconnect hose.
7. Press PO WER button.

Appliance Control Box
The appliance control box, Figure 7, is located in the food preparation area. It is stored for
packout, and is hung from one of the fabric arch supports for operation. It houses the controls
for the hand sink assembly, oven fan, and tray pack heater fan. The controls include:
WATER PUMP switch (1): ON/OFF toggle switch for the hand sink water pump.
Circuit breakers (2): Pop out on overload. Push to reset.
HEATER FAN switch (3): ON/OFF toggle switch for the tray pack heater fan.
OVEN FAN switch (4): ON/OFF toggle switch for the oven fan.
WATER HEATER switch (5): ON/OFF toggle switch for the hand sink water heater.
Receptacles (6):
connection corresponds to the switch above it.

OPERATION
1. Press PO WER button.
2. Turn burner control to high
(Start) position.
3. Press START button
4. When run indicator light is on, turn
burner control to desired setting.
5. In case of Automatic shut down
see operating instructions.
SHUTDOWN
1. Press STOP button.
2. Press PO WER button.
