necessary.
Monitor grease cup and grease pan
for grease accumulation. Empty and
clean as necessary.
Monitor MBUs and oven fan for proper
operation.
Monitor MBU and heater fan for proper
operation.
Monitor water pump and water heater
for leaks and proper operation.
Monitor faucets, drain trap, and
supply/drain water lines for leakage,
proper operation.
Monitor cabinet for proper operation
and temperature control.
