REASSEMBLY
• Oil each oil seal, and press-fit them into position with the
finger tip.
CAUTIOI\!:
Do not reuse the oil seals.
NOTE:
Be sure to restore the plate

on the cylinder head of exhaust
side.
• Install the valve spring lowr seats,

(for exhaust) and

(for intake). Be careful not to confuse the lower seat with the
spring retainer

For Exhaust side
• Insert the valves, with their stems coated with high quality
molybdenum disulfide lubricant (SUZUKI MOLY PASTE) all
around and along the full stem length without any break.
CAUTION:
When inserting each valve, take care not to damage the lip
of the stem seal.
