• Remove the crankshaft assembly from the upper crankcase.
• Pull out the two dampers

• Remove the O-rings.

Bear in mind that the crankshaft thrust bearings

between shaft and case.
• Remove the countershaft assembly

and driveshaft assem ­
bly@.
NOTE:
Do not lose the C-rings ([) and bearing pins

• Hold the gearshift forks by hand to draw out the gearshift
fork shaft from the lower crankcase.
