T
he Annex Manager Setup mode appears in the main window when
you first use Annex Manager software. This mode allows you to configure
one or more Annexes by setting the most commonly used parameters.
The Setup mode limits your access to Annex Manager commands.
If you use this mode, you can use the
List, Boot, Broadcast, Discover Annexes, Edit Configuration, WAN Internal
Modems, Reset, Setup, SNMP Information, Confirm Auto Reset
commands. Commands that are unavailable appear in gray
Status
text.
You can use the
to switch from Setup to Customize mode. Customize mode allows
you to set individual Annex parameters and provides access to all
main menu commands. For details, see Part 3 of this book,
Customize Mode.
A series of Setup mode windows allows you to change Annex settings.
Each window groups related settings and provides access to fields based
on your previous selections. You can select:

window to change the most commonly used Annex
