The
Internal Modem Calls
This box includes the following categories:
• lists each modem in the Annex.
Modem #
• provides a count of the number of times the line is
Total Calls
seized on the modem.
provides a count of the number of call failures

Total Failures
for the modem.
• provides a count of the number of times the
Ring Count
modem asserted rings on a call.
• provides a count of the number of times the
Offhook Count
modem went offhook on a call.
• Assert Count provides a count of the number of times
DCD
the modem asserted DDC on a call.

Consecutive Failures
modem failed to accept a call consecutively.
