31 . Turn the gear to reset the gauge
index to zero;
32. R emove th e driven shaft's
fixing device KA-000-288;
33 . Turn the adjusting
clockwise by 270 degree. Then
turn the gear until the gauge
index is calibrated. Get the
reading X;
34 . Install an adjusting washer
under the auxiliary back output
gear. The washer's depth is
determined by the following
formula:
S= 1.75mm-(Xmm-0.06mm)
For example:
The reading is 0.46mm and then,
S= 1.75mm-(0.46mm-0.06mm)
=1 .355mm in accordance with this formula,
A mong which, 1.75mm and 0.06mm are all adjusting coefficients;
35 . Remove the gauge. Replace the washer on auxiliary back output gear, if necessary.
36 . Knock the flange of the lock bolt on the auxiliary back output gear and sink it into the gear pit.
37 . Install the side cover;
38 . Turn the transmission by 180
degree, as shown by the figure;
39. Install the thrust washer, thrust
bearing and adjusting washer.
