ignition switch to "OFF".
Check throttle regulating screw, throttle cable and
2 working conditions of throttle to see if they are
normal.
Check working conditions of idle regulator to see if

they are in good order.
A. Check fuel system pressure to see if it is too low;
4 B. Check injectors for blockage;
C. Check system exhaust for blockage.
Failure: higher idling speed than target value
Step Operation
Connect scanner and commutator, and then turn

ignition switch to "OFF".
Check throttle regulating screw, throttle cable and
2 working conditions of throttle to see if they are
normal.
Check working conditions of idle speed regulator to

see if they are normal.
A. Check system for air leakage;
B. Check injectors for leakage;

C. Check fuel system pressure to see if it is too
high.
