2. Install the spring and two
adjusting valve spindles on the
governor's case. Then fix them
with lock pieces;
3. Install the centrifugal bock on the
governor's drum and fix it with a
bolt: tightening torque: 10Nm.
4. Connect the governor's case and
the drum with bolts: tightening
torque: 10Nm.
